Some of the areas of the town are actually like living in the city, and there are some apartment buildings available around town, but other homes have large yards and even some wooded property. Huber Heights is conveniently situated right on I-70, I-75, and US 40, so its residents can get to much of the Midwest within a few hours’ drive. Since it is highly residential, it is less busy than some other cities situated on major highways, but it also has all of the restaurants, hotels, and other businesses that one would expect in a city right off of a large roadway.
This family-focused community also has a large population of retirees, who are eligible for certain tax cuts. Overall, the taxes in the city aren’t terribly high, but this is something that potential homeowners might want to check on before they move there. Huber Heights, Ohio has plenty of programs and attractions for families and adults alike.
